Refunds
Due to the delicate nature of attars and for hygiene reasons, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds on any purchases.
Returns
To ensure the quality and authenticity of our attars, we do not accept returns on any products.
Exceptions
- Damaged or Defective Goods: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. We require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon review, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement product
- Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.
Important Notes
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at the time of order. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- We carefully package our attars to prevent damage during shipping. However, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process.
